Refund and Returns Policy
ELIGIBILITY:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
INITIATE A RETURN
Email returns@cultsets.com or submit a return request via your account within 14 days. Include order number, item(s), reason, and photos if faulty.
RETURN AUTHORISATION
We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Do not send parcels without RA.
SHIPPING & COSTS
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Please use original packaging. We recommend tracked shipping; Cultsets is not responsible for lost returns without tracking.
CONDITION CHECK
Upon receipt, our team inspects items for tags, wear, and damage. If items fail inspection, we will contact you with options.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. If order included promotional discounts, refunds reflect the discounted amount; no restocking fees unless stated. Bank processing times may vary.
EXCHANGES
To exchange sizes or styles, request an exchange in your return form. Exchanges processed after inspection, subject to stock availability.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before shipping; contact us immediately. Once shipped, follow the returns process.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
For defects or wrong deliveries, we’ll provide prepaid return label and expedited resolution.
